Clifford Perry

In addition to his work at FIU, Dr. Perry is a senior organizational development (OD) consultant with a proven record of success in both the public and private sectors. His consulting expertise includes a variety of OD interventions, leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, process reengineering and team building. Dr. Perry is currently an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and the American Society of Training and Development.

Dr. Rauseo has extensive experience in delivering customer-focused solutions to companies in various industries. Prior to her teaching career, she held several professional and senior management positions with consulting and insurance companies in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, information technology development, and client management. Her twenty years of practical experience allow her to incorporate real-life scenarios into her teaching. Before joining FIU, she was Vice President for Sales & Marketing and Knowledge Management – Consumer Intelligence for Assurant Group in Miami.

Nancy Rauseo

She is also founder of a management consulting practice called AIM Performance Solutions, Inc. Dr. Rauseo consults and develops customized learning programs that develop and manage internal and external customer relationships. She partners with public and private institutions to deliver workshops and training in the areas of customer relationship management, business process analysis, and technology implementation. She develops and facilitates several programs with FIUs Office of Executive and Professional Education.

Dr. Rauseo also is a certified IBM E-Business Consultant. She has published articles in FIU Hospitality and Business Process Management Journal and a case study in the book Business Process Orientation. Dr. Rauseo has also presented papers at several conferences, including American Marketing Association, WebCT, and SAM. At FIU, Dr. Rauseo teaches using online as well as traditional delivery methods. Her instructional methods consist of action learning and on-the job training.
