Tuition & Fees

We are pleased to offer online courses as a convenient alternative to regular on campus classes. However, none of the extra costs associated with the development and support of these courses are paid for by state funds.

If we did not charge extra fees, we would not be able to offer these courses at all. Therefore, to cover the costs of offering these special courses the tuition for them will carry a premium above regular tuition. Please be aware that students are not required to take an online course to earn a degree.

What does my "plus" tuition pay for?
The "plus" portion of your tuition pays for:
Technology infrastructure required to deliver online courses.
  Customer service personnel.
  Course development.
Faculty overloads, and other incidental expenses not covered by state funds.
