• The Stempel School of Public Health (SSPH) is accredited by The Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) for a five-year term, the maximum for a new school of public health (http://www.ceph.org), through 2012. FIU joins the ranks of 38 other accredited schools of public health to assure the public of a competent public health workforce. Students and graduates can be assured that SSPH has met accepted national standards for curriculum that provides the knowledge and skills needed for today's jobs.
