Planned Canvas Help Phone Maintenance on May 31, 2024 from 5:00am to 6:00am ET

There will be a planned maintenance for the FIU Canvas Help phone line, 305-348-3630, on May 31, 2024, from 5:00am to 6:00am ET. During this period, the FIU Canvas Help phone line may not be accessible.

Faculty and students may still contact us directly through chat or a case by opening a request for assistance via the links below.

Maintenance for Harmonize on June 3, 2024

On June 3, 2024, between 9:00am and 10:00am ET, we will be installing the Harmonize LTI within academic Canvas. If you would like to learn more about Harmonize, please review the Instructor Article or the Student Article.

If you have any issues after the maintenance, please open a request using the options below.

Maintenance for Canvas Student Mobile App on June 4, 2024

Please be advised on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 12:00am to 1:00am ET, the FIU Canvas team will be enabling the mobile Offline mode feature for the Canvas Student mobile app. Mobile Offline mode allows students to sync course content to view as read-only when offline using the Canvas mobile app. For more information about the student mobile view, see the Canvas Student Release Notes (iOS 7.0) and the Canvas Student Release Notes (Android 7.0).
