Support Center

Welcome to our new Support Center for FIU Online Support Services. Within this Support Center you can create a new case with Support Services, follow up on an existing case, and get answers to frequently asked questions in our Knowledge Articles. The Support Center can be used by FIU faculty and FIU for-credit students that have a valid FIU email address.

Your username is your FIU email address. (Example: jdoe001@fiu.edu)

Your password is your FIU email password.

If you forgot your FIU email address, please click here to look it up. You must know your Panther ID in order to look up your FIU email address. If you forgot your FIU email address, please visit the MyAccounts website, enter your MyAccounts username (User ID) first, then click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Please remember to set your MyAccounts security questions, so that you will be able to retrieve your password in the future if you forget it. You can also view the MyAccounts FAQ page if you have any questions about your MyAccounts username and password.
